Serving is a key element to truly Commit to become Fully Devoted to Jesus. MC3 has a deep desire to take Christ to our community. Our desire is that every member of MC3 engage in the work of Christ, according to the gifts and passions given them by the Holy Spirit.
It takes dozens of volunteers to make church happen each week. Think about a church without small group leaders, weekend tech folks, communion preparers, etc. What would it be like? Reaching into our church family prepares the church for action. Everyone is needed to make this church move down the many paths God places us on.
At MC3, we believe that each person is designed with a purpose—a purpose to live our lives for Christ and through this, we use our talents and gifts to serve Him and grow His kingdom. We believe that serving in the church is an honor and an act of worship. By serving, volunteers are not only connected to the church, but they have fellowship with their church family, grow spiritually, and help connect others to one another and Jesus.

Kids Ministry
Welcome Team: Help welcome kids and families by checking in regular attendees and gathering information from new families. Perfect for those who enjoy connecting with people and want to ease into serving in Kids Ministry.
Small Group Leader (Infants through Fifth Grade): Lead and invest in the lives of kids through teaching, encouragement, and relationships. This role has the opportunity to impact not only students, but also their families and communities.
Tech Team: Support Kids Ministry behind the scenes by running slides and helping with media and lesson materials during services.

Youth Ministry
Welcome Team: Help welcome students, check in regular attendees, and connect with new students. A great fit for those who enjoy meeting people or want to ease into serving in Youth Ministry.

Cafe Team: Serve coffee, hot chocolate, and donuts while helping create a welcoming environment. Great for those who enjoy serving and organizing.

Hospitality
Parking Team: Help create a safe and welcoming environment by setting up signs and directing traffic as guests arrive.
Welcome Team: Greet guests, open doors, and help everyone feel welcomed and known from the moment they arrive.
Host Team: Connect with first-time guests, learn their story, and help them feel at home while gathering information for follow-up and encouragement.
Cafe Team: Prepare and serve coffee, donuts, and breakfast items while keeping the café clean and stocked for guests and volunteers.
Discipleship Team (Coming Soon): Walk alongside people growing in their faith through prayer, encouragement, connection, and support as they take next steps with Jesus.
USE YOUR GIFTS
Worship
Worship Band & Praise Team: This ministry leads our church in praise and worship each Sunday, helping create an atmosphere where people can experience the presence of God. We welcome singers and instrumentalists of all ages who have a passion for leading others in worship through Christian music.
Weekly rehearsals are held Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings before service.
Tech Team: Our Tech Team helps people both in person and online experience worship through sound, lighting, livestreaming, projection, cameras, and video production. Whether you have experience or are willing to learn, training is provided.
Opportunities include camera operators, in-house and livestream sound board operators, video switcher and light board operators, presentation operators and creators, Facebook, YouTube, and Church Online moderators, YouVersion event creators, and video creators/editors.
REACH THE WORLD
Outreach
Mission Team: Creates an annual missions plan to submit to the MC3 Board of Elders for approval each year.
This team also establishes and maintains regular contact and assess the effectiveness of all MC3-supported missions, and recommends and coordinates short-term mission trips.
PRAYER WARRIORS
Prayer
70-Strong Prayer Team: This team is composed of individuals who pray every day for the dozens of prayers requests MC3 gets each week from those who are sick, serving in the military or have needs or praise of any kind that they want carried to the Lord.
Pray With the Preacher (Every Sunday, 8:30 a.m.): This dedicated group of pray warriors meet with our pastor, Art Stansberry, weekly to pray over church, family, individual, community and world needs.
